Tartu rocks!

On Sunday I went after Sunday service in Kopli to Tartu. I went together with the Clarks, Maret, Karl-Gustav and Andrei. Tartu is very beautiful city and I love it-the river, Town Hall Square etc.

We got to the Corps just before the service. The service in there was very homie and there were about 15 people, and it was the last meeting for the Clarks in Tartu. We sang songs from a small songbook and shared testimonies and prayers. Captain Evelyn Clark spoke about God`s Word, it was from 2 Kings 2 about how Elijah was taken up to Heaven and his student Elisha had to continue the Master`s work alone. Captain spoke that story and she said that she needs to work in Tallinn but people in Tartu need to continue the work in there...they are like Elisha.

In the evening after the service there was another meeting in the homeless shelter and an old lady from Tartu shared her food that she had cooked by herself for the homeless people. And it was the last Good-Bye for the Clarks in the homeless shelter with the homeless people, it was very touching event. I`m happy that the people in there had a chance to hear God`s Word and hopefully Captain Mikkonen will do good work among them.

Got home on Monday around 7 pm.

Romans 12:4-5
Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.
